Fullerton's Marsh will take the stage at Park Royal United for an evening of folk and Irish music on September 26 at 7 pm. Doors open at 6 pm. Fullerton's Marsh performers include Frank McQuaid, Randy Dibblee, Willie Arsenault and David McQuaid, who will come together to perform a lively selection of folk and Irish favourites. For Frank McQuaid, Randy Dibblee and Willie Arsenault, this performance is a return to their musical roots. The three musicians first formed a group called Sons of Erin in 1966, while they were university students. After graduation, they went their separate ways, but eventually reunited as Fullerton's Marsh, bringing their love of traditional music back to the stage. The group has continued to share its music throughout the community, including regular performances at seniors' residences and for the Benevolent Irish Society of PEI. Tickets can be purchased in advance through Eventbrite or at the door on the evening of the performance. Children 12 and under are free. Door sales are cash only. Proceeds from this event will support the programs and outreach of Park Royal United Church.
