Hospice PEI will hold its first charity gala dinner on October 3, marking more than 40 years of providing hospice care in the community. The Light, Love & Legacy gala will take place at the Rodd Royalty Hotel in Charlottetown from 6-10 pm. Presented in partnership with The Island's Country CFCY 95.1 FM, the event will include dinner, entertainment, a few surprises and fundraising in support of Hospice PEI and its programs and services. The evening will be hosted by Lee Ruby, with live entertainment by singer-songwriter Jolee Patkai. Tickets include a charitable tax receipt. Organizations can receive a discount when booking a full table. Proceeds from the event will support Hospice PEI's work in the province.
