PEI Group Meditation

PEI Group Meditation sessions will take place on September 14 and 28 from 7-8 pm at PEERS Alliance (250b Queen St), Charlottetown. The guided sessions are open to all experience levels and will be led by facilitators Susan Rutherford and Michael Gaudet. Participants are encouraged to dress comfortably and bring mats, cushions, or blankets for floor seating; chairs will be available. The gathering aims to create an inclusive space where secular, spiritual, and religious meditators can practice together, build community, and learn from each other.
