On October 2-4 and 23-25, Events Holistic will bring the community together for the seventh annual Psychic & Holistic Wellness Fair at Carrefour de l'Ile-Saint-Jean in Charlottetown. The Fair will offer Islanders an opportunity to explore a range of approaches to personal wellness while connecting with local practitioners, readers, and wellness providers. At a time when stress, isolation, and the demands of everyday life can leave little time for self-care, the fair provides an opportunity for visitors to learn about different approaches to wellness and consider practices that may fit into their own routines. The fair encourages visitors to take charge of their own wellness and to look beyond simply reacting when something feels wrong. It presents wellness as an ongoing journey that includes self-awareness, healthy choices, relaxation, social connection, and personal growth.
